How can I place an order?

You can place an order by phone (416-619-9132), by email jortiz@identitynamebrands.com, or by fax (416-548-4094). Our goal is to make your purchase as easy and secure as possible. We would be happy to email you an order form for you to fax back to us 24/7. Thank you for your business and continued support.

How long will it take for my order to be turned around.

Our goal is to have your order ready in a timely fashion. We do not want to rush your project but we do understand the principle on delivering on time. Graphic design is turned around in 4 weeks or less. Printing is turned around in 2 weeks or less. Other products or services, depending on their nature can take up to 3 weeks to be turned around. We ship everything on a 3-5 business day  service or 2 business days in Ontario, Canada. Your sales representative will notify you exactly how long it will take to complete your project. In the event there is a delay and we can not meet a deadline, we will notify you as soon as possible.

How do I send you our custom information, pictures, logo, text files etc.?

We prefer to receive everything via email. It is the fastest and easiest and modern way to ensure things get to the right person on time, and best of all, its a free service! If you do not have access to the internet, please burn your graphics, text or other files to a disc and send it by mail to Identity Namebrands, Attention: Graphic Design Department, 1290 Finch Avenue West, Unit 20, 2nd Floor, Toronto, Ontario, M3N 2E4, Canada. Please note that by mailing files to us, you will delay your project; it is for this reason that we also do not accept information by fax.

Do you offer printing or manufacturing services?

Yes, for every design concept that we create, we have a corresponding printer or manufacturer that can print or manufacture your design concepts. We offer competitive printing and manufacturing prices to save you the time and hassle of doing so yourself. At the time of purchase, we will quote both the design and printing investment, whenever possible or before your project is ready to go to print.

What is the warranty on your products?


All our manufacturers offer product warranties that vary in length of time depending on the product that you purchase. We do not however, buy or accept products back (i.e.: Artwork purchased in the past) unless they have been purchased in the last 30 days. If you need assistance resolving a warranty issue, please call our customer service department at 416-619-9132.


How do I return a defective product?

Before you can return a product to us, please call (416-619-9132) or email support@identitynamebrands.com our customer service department  to file your report and authorize shipment of your replacement product. Defective products do not need to be returned to us.  A picture of the defective or damaged product is good enough for insurance claims.  All other products must be returned within 15 business days upon receipt. A 15% restocking fee applies to products returned after 15 days.  

Who will install my products?   

We realize that some of our products require minor installation. Most of our clients are able to do the installations themselves or to find somebody locally to install them. If you need assistance finding a local installer, please give your sales representative a call. Very often, we can find you a local installer at a very competitive rate. Remember that "Our experience, is your advantage!"

How do I submit a testimonial?

Your success is our success! We would like to hear about your success stories. The more quantitative and specific they can be, the better. At the end of every quarter, we will select one winner from all submitted testimonials and award a prize from our product list. So, send them in, you will never know if you are the lucky winner until you do! All submitted testimonials will be edited, and posted on our website for you to view.

How do I submit a complaint?

In the event we do not meet your expectations, we would like to hear about your complaint. Please write an email to the manager at sales@identitynamebrands.com, include your contact information.  The manager will then address your concern and contact you with a resolution to your problem. The process usually takes 48 hours or less.

Do you offer seminars?

No, we do not offer seminars at the present time but we do offer complimentary practice visits that could be structured to be educational to your staff members. Please request this option when booking your complimentary practice visit.
